Hi All

As the summer holidays fast approach (and hopefully the summer weather, but won’t hold my breath!) there will be some days and weeks where there won’t be any classes running due to hall availability, instructor holidays etc, and also some changes to some classes too, so please grab a cuppa and read and mark the dates in your diary :o).

Firstly, the next Tuesday Fitness Pilates block will start on Tuesday 26th July and will run for 6 weeks as follows:

26th July, 2nd August, 9th August, 23rd August, 30th August, 6th September (no class on Tuesday 16th August)

MONDAY NIGHT HITT CLASSES
There will be no classes on Monday 15th August, or Monday 29th August.

TUESDAY NIGHT CLUBBERCISE AT BEACONSFIELD SCHOOL
There will be no classes on Tuesday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd or 30th August.

TUESDAY NIGHT KETTLERCISE AT MILLBROOK SCHOOL
There will be no class on Tuesday 16th August.

TUESDAY NIGHT CLUBBERCISE AT MILLBROOK SCHOOL
There will be no class on Tuesday 16th August.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT CLUBBERCISE AT WIDMER END SCHOOL
There will be no class on Wednesday 13th July. Class will be back at Widmer End on Wednesday 20th July, and then on Wednesday 27th July we will be moving to HUGHENDEN VILLAGE HALL for the summer sessions (same time of 8pm), returning to Widmer End School on Wednesday 7th September. THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ON WEDNESDAY 17th AUGUST.

FRIDAY MORNING FITNESS PILATES AT NAPHILL VILLAGE HALL
There will be no class on Friday 19th August, 26th August and 2nd September.

SATURDAY MORNING KETTLERCISE AT WIDMER END VILLAGE HALL
There will be no class on Saturday 20th August, 27th August, and 3rd September.

SATURDAY MORNING HIIT AT WIDMER END VILLAGE HALL
There will be no class on Saturday 27th August and 3rd September.

SATURDAY MORNING CLUBBERCISE AT WIDMER END VILLAGE HALL
There will be no class on Saturday 23rd July, 27th August, and 3rd September.

Monthly paying members you can start making up any sessions you might miss now and all throughout the summer and in to September too.

Don’t forget we have some NEW classes coming up.

Firstly, on Thursday 14th July we have a short, one-off evening bootcamp starting, for 5 weeks on a Thursday, 7.30pm – 8.15pm at Widmer End Recreation Ground. This is included in membership packages so you just need to let me know if you want a place if you are a monthly paying member. We also have some more early morning bootcamps taking place over the summer and in to the autumn. This doesn’t form part of the membership package. For more info and for booking, head to www.buckinghamshirebootcamp.com

NEW Thursday daytime class starting on THURSDAY 15th SEPTEMBER at 10am at The Stables at Cedar Barn, in Hazlemere. The class is called ‘ZONE AND TONE’ and is aimed at those in their 40’s, 50’s and beyond and will focus on working those areas that may need a little extra work as we begin to age (and yes, that includes me too!) such as balance, co-ordination, muscle tone and strength, and more. It’s not just for those of a ‘certain age’ though and if you are below 40 you are also more than welcome to come along :o) We will also be putting an emphasis on the social side of this class too and organising ‘coffee’ mornings etc. Class will run term times only and memberships and class passes can be used at this class.

We will also be starting some new EVENING classes on a Thursday, starting THURSDAY 15th SEPTEMBER. Both classes will be at Widmer End School and will run term times only and will be as follows:

At 7pm we will have ‘BODY BLAST HIIT BOOTCAMP’ which will be a 50 minute bootcamp style workout (indoors) using both equipment such as kettlebells, powerbags ,weights etc, and body weight exercises too.

At 8pm will be running another CLUBBERCISE class, but a different playlist from the Tuesday and Wednesday night so if you want to come along to 2 classes a week you will get a bit more variety (Thursday and Saturday will be the same playlist :o) )

Again, you will be able to use class passes and memberships at both of these classes.
