Hi all

Well how did that happen?! one minute it was the start of the summer holidays with 6 long weeks ahead of us (or 7 and a half in our case!!) and now it's September, back to school and by the looks of it today, the start of the autumnal weather!

We were back to early morning bootcamp this morning, with a very soggy start to our FREE week. If you want to sign up there is still time as there is still one free session left this coming Wednesday and then our 4 weeks starts from next Monday, 12th September. If you've had rather too good a summer, and have let your fitness and diet slip, then it's a great time to get back in to it. I know i'm looking forward to getting back to classes and keeping fit - and eating less ice creams - oops!

It's back to our usual schedule with classes this week - and with some NEW classes starting next week. As well as our regular Body Blitz, Bootcamps, Clubbercise, Fitness Pilates, Hiit and Kettlercise classes, we also have the following starting on 15th September:

10am ZONE AND TONE at The Stables, Cedar Barn, Hazlemere (park in the Cedar Barn carpark, and then walk around the back to the Stables where you will see my car) This class is aimed at those in their 40's, 50's and beyond (although if you are younger you can still come and join us and get a good workout!) and will work on the areas that need working on as we age such as balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, stamina and toning, and we will also be putting a focus on the social element of this class. Classes will run term times only and are £7 pay as you go, or class passes and memberships can be used at this class too.

7pm BODY BLAST HIIT BOOTCAMP at Widmer End School. A great, intense all over body workout using equipment and body weight exercises suitable for both males and females. Again this class is £7 pay as you go or class passes and memberships can be used at this class.

8pm ZUMBA OR CLUBBERCISE - You can help decide! For the first 2 weeks (so Thursday 15th and Thursday 22nd September) we will be running a Clubbercise class at 8pm. On 29th September and 6th October we will then be running a Zumba class (you will need to book and pay in advance for Zumba £7 each or have class pass marked off in advance, or monthly paying members will get as part of their membership package but will still need to book a place) We will then decide whether to run this session as a weekly Zumba or Clubbercise class (or if it doesn't get enough interest to just keep the 7pm Bootcamp session!) the Clubbercise on a Wednesday at 8pm at Widmer End School will still continue to run. To help you get back in to the swing of things we will be running a FREE 7 day exercise challenge in a couple of weeks time, so keep watching out on facebook and on your emails.

We will also be launching a competition in October, where one lucky person will be winning themselves a holiday in Malta, and with lots of other prizes up for grabs too, so make sure you keep watching :o)
