Class FAQ's

Below are the answer's to some frequently asked questions.  If your question isn't answered below then please contact us.

What should I wear?

For all classes wear something you feel comfortable in - not too loose  but not too restrictive.

Footwear - for Zumba crosstrainers or dance type trainers or normal trainers are fine.  Do not wear running trainers as these are too supportive and will stop you from being able to twist and turn properly, and could result in injury.

For all other classes, normal trainers, crosstrainers are fine.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring plenty of water with you and also a small hand towel, as it can get hot and sweaty doing some of the classes!

Do I need to bring a mat?

For classes that require a mat, we provide them.  If you prefer to bring and use your own mat then please feel free.
